We offer a wide array of Transparent Armor, also known as bullet-resistant or armored glass, engineered and tested for armored commercial, military, and police vehicles, as well as professional and personal automobiles and trucks. Our Transparent Armor ensures the highest levels of safety and protection for both military personnel and private citizens. At SBG Defense, we fabricate Transparent Armor laminates that meet or exceed standard and custom requirements. We provide maximum safety with industry-leading threat protection, exceptional optics, reliability, offering weight reduction, and cost efficiency for Transparent Armor vehicles.
BENT TA
Leveraging our extensive experience in custom glass fabrication, Transparent Armor (TA), and glass bending, SBGD continues to deliver innovative solutions. As we expand our product base in bent TA, we draw on our history of excellence in these areas to ensure quality and performance. Having success in producing bent TA, we are now investing heavily by adding capacity in state-of-the-art assets and dedicating further research and development to enhance our capabilities. This commitment to innovation and quality positions us to meet the growing demand for bent TA with confidence and expertise.
S.T.R.I.K.E. LABS
At the SBG Defense “S.T.R.I.K.E. Labs” (Secure Transparent Research, Innovation, and Knowledge Evaluation Labs), we are proud to showcase our dedicated state-of-the-art Transparent Armor research and development laboratory, designed to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence in transparent armor technology. Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge equipment and a comprehensive range of testing equipment to ensure the highest standards of quality and performance. Among our advanced capabilities that are all in-house, we feature multiple climatic chambers, abrasion testers, rock strike, optical evaluation, (ballistics lab coming soon!) and sophisticated data acquisition systems to meet or exceed required testing including ATPD Rev 2352 Rev U, DIN EN 1063, STANAG 4569, NIJ 0108.01 and other specifications and standards.
